• Build responders that reply in seconds, not hours
• Wire new tools into systems clients already run
• Automate reporting so nobody rebuilds it each month
• Find the manual steps worth removing and remove them

Requirements:

• Real experience shipping automations that stuck
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and whatever glue sits between
• Able to explain what you built to a non technical owner
• Judgement about what should not be automated

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to own accounts across Google, Meta and TikTok, and to say plainly when a channel is not working.

Responsibilities:

• Own a small number of accounts properly rather than many thinly
• Plan, launch and manage campaigns across search and paid social
• Report monthly on enquiries and jobs
• Tell clients what underperformed and why it did

Requirements:

• Several years running paid media accounts hands on
• Fluent in Google Ads and Meta, and honest about gaps
• Able to explain a result to an owner who does not read dashboards, in plain words
• Happy to own the client relationship, not just ads
